OUR RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
This returns and refunds policy applies only to Hands Up Education print publications purchased directly from us (Hands Up Education). No returns are accepted, nor refunds given, on digital publications or subscriptions.
For UK orders with a value of or less than £42, there is an administration fee of £10. For US and Canadian orders with a value of or less than $100 (USD), there is an administration fee of $20 (USD).
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us via the steps below and get a refund, exchange or replacement – the choice is yours. You do not need to explain why you are returning the products.
Please note that any product you return must be in the same condition you received it.
Step 1: Contact us within 14 days of receipt
You must tell us that you wish to return the products within 14 days of receiving them.
Let us know whether you would like a refund, or replacement, or would like to exchange the products for something of the same value. If you do not specify a preference, we will issue a refund.

If the products were in anyway damaged when you received them, please supply photos of the damage, as we may not otherwise be able to issue a refund, or exchange or replace the products.
Step 2: Return the products to us
When you tell us that you are returning the products, we will send you the address to ship them to.
From the date we send you the return address, you have 14 days to return the products to us.
Any products that you return to us must reach us in the same condition that you received them, so please package them carefully. We also recommend using a shipping service you can track.
You must include your name and order number with the returned products, so that we can identify your return.
Unless we sent you the products in error, you are responsible for paying the cost of returning the products to us.
Step 3: Receive your refund, exchange or replacement
When we receive your returns, we will check they are in the same condition we sent them to you. If they are, we will issue your refund or replacement within 14 days. For UK orders with a value of or less than £42, we will deduct an administration fee of £10 from your refund. For US and Canadian orders with a value of or less than $100, we will deduct an administration fee of $20 from your refund.
Where a refund is issued, we will refund you the cost of the products, minus any administration fee (see above). If your delivery address is in the UK, we will also refund the basic shipping cost of shipping you the products. Where replacements or an exchange is issued, we will ship them to you via the basic shipping method.
